I really love when my mailman brings me packages in the mail and I did say that I should be much nicer to him.. not that I'm mean to him.. but you get what I'm saying. Maybe I should gift him every now and again, although he is just doing his job. I can't express enough how much I truly love receiving free products on an almost daily basis.

 

So...I completely forgot about the membership I have with Tomoson..and I was excited to see that I now have enough Twitter followers and FB friends to apply/qualify for some really decent product reviews. If you haven't checked out Tomoson.com before, please do. I have applied for quite a few products lately and have already been accepted for 4. I will be reviewing Adovia's All Natural Black Dead Sea Mud Soap, Insta Natural's 100% Pure Argan Oil & Phytoceramides capsules. I am willing to try any product that will keep me looking young and beautiful.

We're Gonna Party Like it's My Birthday!

Well it actually is my birthday and I feel like I'm in such a good place right now in my life.

Gone are the days of boyfriends who [possibly intentionally] forgot it was my birthday, or birthdays that were ruined by some other entity in my life vying for all the attention that was clearly designated for JUST ME on my special day. I'll never forget the time I had to abruptly leave a birthday celebration planned by my coworkers, after receiving the "Your son is having a severe asthma attack" call. Birthdays in the past were not a pleasantry, I started to dread them.

 

 

I'm not a selfish person, and normally don't demand too much.. Well that may actually depend on who you ask.. BUT.. I observed the most selflessness compassionate side of my family yesterday.  They collaborated with each other to make things special for me. This included my daughter trekking home from college[a day before, because she had to work], borrowing a car, and taking me out for a lovely lunch. My wonderful husband gifting me with the diamond hoop earrings that perfectly  match my wedding band and 2 additional/sentimental charms for my Pandora bracelet. I enjoyed a delicious cake,  cards, hugs and love. The love is really all I needed. It's fantastic to feel loved and appreciated, not just on your birthday, but on every day that follows..

 

 

 

 Even my Google Search was celebrating my day!

 

 

 

 

 

P.S. The party isn't over.. Still have an adult dinner date with Mr. Parks tonight at one of my favorite spots! XOXO~

 

 

Get Viva Vantage- Break up For Better-

I was a lucky recipient of an exciting sample share through Crowdtap- I was selected for the Viva Vantage paper towel sample opportunity.

I started with my bathroom sink.. Ewww- so many things [toothpaste/soap/shaving cream/hair products] cleaning the bathroom is definitelynot my favorite household chore.

I really loved how nicely Viva absorbed the bathroom cleaner and proved to be super durable as I scrubbed the sink. The towel never tore and has a stretch to it, that is unbelievable. I actually had a roll of another brand of paper towel, but liked the Viva Vantage so much that I finished the Viva roll before my "prior" brand!
